Princess and alcohol

Traveling out of Seattle wnd friends say they are taken rum runners on the trip. My husband says wants to be a few people back fropm them if they get caught. Has anyone this summer seen or know if they are getting caught of the checked bags? I want to be with them since a fun trip but don;t want to see anything start us all out bad. ANY INFO OR THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I want my husband to be ok and not be with our group.

Even if they would be caught, the only thing that would occur is that the rum runners would be taken. They will not be denied boarding nor will they be tossed into the ships brig!

I don't understand why it matters if you are boarding with your friends or not. If one is caught with alcohol, that person is pulled aside and the alcohol is confiscated.

I have said this before on this site, that, it is not only the fellow travellers who visit this site but the CRUISE COMPANIES do as well, in fact I think that the Cruise Companies post some of the TOPICS to get reaction.
