Hi All,

Quick question, if anyone can help please.

Last 2 days before we fly out for the cruise and it just occured to me that I don't know anything about the laundry facilities on board the Celebrity Century.

Has anyone who has done the Alaska trip on the Century got any tips about what the laundry facilities are like on the ship please?

Thank you.

Regards

Jim

The ship will not have a self-service laundry. You can send your laundry to be done onboard or to be dry cleaned. They often have specials for wash and fold only. Be careful about sending your delicate clothing. The laundry is suitable for sox, underwear, t shirts, shorts, jeans, etc.

Hi Deelastcre

Thank you so much for such a quick response.

I am glad I asked the question now as you have given me some very important information and it will help me greatly in packing for the cruise.

I went on a Caribbean cruise on the P&O Ventura when it was launched and they had a separate laundry room and was such a scramble for machines and ironing boards on the formal night.

From what you have said, I prefer the Century facilites and thanks for thr tip regarding delicates.

Regards

Jim

Additionally, as an FYI, irons and steamers are forbidden and will be confiscated if seen.
