Any advice for trying to find cabin for back to back?

Hi folks!

 

DH and I are considering doing a back to back on the Carnival Dream, but I'm having a very difficult time in the website looking for available cabins on the two weeks separately.

 

Does anyone know a trick to see two weeks at the same time, or should I just give up and call my TA/Carnival?

We did a back to back on the Triumph & I just had our travel agent find a cabin that we could keep for both cruises, that way we didn't have to pack up and move. You'll enjoy the b2b.

Find yourself a pvp who has access to know what cabins are available each week.

Have each cruise open in a different browser window. That is what I did when I booked my B2B.

But they will still only show you 10 cabins in any category.

And if all you are trying to do is get the same room for both legs that is sufficient. At least it was for me.

Hi Wendy, my advice would be to contact a "cruise specialist" at a local, trusted, travel agency. They can find B2B's (and more!) much more easily than we usually can. And it won't cost you anything!

This is how I did it....booked 2 cabins this way with no problem.... But a carnival pvp can also help.

I gave my T/A a list of 6 or so cabins I was interested in for our upcoming Conquest B2B. She told me which were available both legs, and I booked one.

 

There is no way I'm going to change cabins on a B2B. :)

There's definitely irony here... at work I'm famous for having 10 or 12 windows open across two giant monitors.
