On the ship, you don't pay taxes after you get into international waters. You can always bring one or two with you, then get it later in the evening:)

Before, never had to pay tax. With RCC, your set sail card will be marked and you also won't have to stand in line as soon as you get on the ship.

 

Unfortunately, not all cruise lines offer this option. I will have to wait till I board on Cunard.
