St. Maarten At Night???

We'll be in St. Maarten basically all day...until like 1:00 a.m. on our cruise in February. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fun bar, or nice restaurant? What's not to miss there in the evening???

Shiv Sagar is a wonderful fine dining experience with exotic spicy East Indian food and great mixed drinks. A really fine establsihment. Its on Front Street, Philipsburg. There are a variety of nice beachside bas along the boardwalk to visit after dinner, several with live entertainment.
