Ensuring you get perks offered on sale

I have recently booked a cruise with the huge not to be named agency having a labor day say. I have booked with them before and never had a problem. A few posters on another thread had cautioned about some agencies and being sure you get what was promised. Are there any tips to be sure before one leaves. I know this agency has won awards and their perks were incredible. Any advice? I know about the cancellation fees and don't agree with this but am very sure we will do this cruise. Will also buy insurance. Thanks for any tips.

I book with the same agency & have never had a problem with not getting what was promised.

If you have any questions, You should give them a call & request an email with items that have been promised.
