Price of bottles of wine in Barcelona Terminal

Our hand luggage was scanned before we checked in and before the wine shop. This was around 1 pm.

So are we saying that one could drop off the hand luggage, leave the ship, return to the terminals and purchase wine and return to one's stateroom without being scanned ? :eek::eek: ;)

It seems to be based on the ship/cruise line. We recently left on a TA from Barcelona on RCL. I purchased my wine in the city. However, there was not a scan of my carry on bag after the wine shop. Also, no one wrote down the fact that I had wine in my bag. They did not ask to see it.
