55+ Sinles Escorted Cruise?

Has anyone done a singles escorted cruise? My sister is 60 and a recent widow. She would like to do a singles cruise. She is counting on me for info. While I have cruised a good bit I have no idea how to find a suitable singles cruise for her. How do I go about finding a singles cruise that isn't a group of 20 year olds? No offense to the Carnival lovers but I don't want her to go on Carnivsl. How do I find singles escorted age appropriate cruises? If anyone has any experiences with these, your comments will e greatly appreciated.

I am doing my 1st escorted cruise on Carnival in Dec.. I am a widow in that age range. Have done several solo cruises, but not on Carnival. I am hoping theren will be others in that range, otherwise I"ll go solo

I am a 58 yr old widow and found many solos and singles on a HAL transatlantic. I connected through cruisecritic and with such a small ship and so many sea days you see each other often and can develop friendships. Never tried a singles cruise. Would be interested in hearing from someone about them. Am Leary of Carnival.

never been on carnival, but like the itinerary. no cruiseline is exempt from problems. royal car. has had trouble also.
