Kudos for Customer Service

Went online and submitted my last FCC:( and it was posted to my upcoming cruise in less than 24 hours. E-mailed my stock certificate and OBC was posted to two upcoming cruises in less than 24 hours. :D

 

Here's the winner. I booked a Dec 1st cruise, should get a 2 category past guest upgrade. Yesterday I had two people at Carnival look and there were no upgrades for this sailing. I argued "but it says right there for this ship for this date - a two cat upgrade" and they point out right below that where it says not all bookings are available..... There was a programming error that showed the discount available when it shouldn't have. Doesn't seem right, but hey, I still got a fantastic price and it was only $40 anyway, so I moved on. About an hour ago I got a call from someone at Carnival who reviewed what happened and they concurred I should get the lower price and gave me the $40 back. Woo Hoo!!
