Does anyone have an email they can give me to contact the Ocean Player Club to see if we can get any OBC re past cruise casino credits, on our last cruise being Caribbean Princess we bought $5500 casino credits- would that qualify, do you think?

I don't have an e mail but used the following phone number earlier this year. I had cruised Princess numerous times but only once on Carnival several years ago. I booked a Carnival cruise for last May and called this number. They checked my Princess play and I did get cash and a drinks on us card.

As far as what you qualify for, I would think it would go more on what you played vs how many credits you bought. They have to be able to track your play on tables or slots. But I don't know for sure. Hopefully they will have some good $ for you.

The number I called: 800-522-7466 ext 78084

As an experienced Princess cruiser, I can give you some information.

When you call them, they will ask for ship and date (and iIRC booking number) for the upcoming cruise.

All casino transactions are cash. It is not OBC. The credit you bought has no bearing on how much you'll be allowed on your record. Think of it more like a traveler's check: you'll find vouchers in your cabin when you embark which the cage will exchange or cash. Be sure to take a copy of the confirmation they sent you when you purchased the credit. You don't need to show it but it's wise to have it with you "just in case".

If you are eligible to receive cash based on previous play (hope you were rated) they will tell you over the phone. The cage will know. When you redeem the vouchers, they will know (or you can remind them) that they have cash for you.

You'll need your cruise card for ID to get both pf these cash sums.

Good luck and have a great cruise.. Andy.
