cruisinsoooon Posted September 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2013 Having been to St John's on a previous cruise, we are interested in focusing on a visit just to St Martins as we've already seen highlights such as the reversing falls, City Market, etc. Is anyone familiar with a tour or other options to just go to St Martins so we can take our time at the harbor, covered bridges, shops, the restaurant, and of course the caves. As our ship arrives at 8 am, and low tide is at 9 am we would obviously need and early start, which is okay if we can figure out how we are going to get there. pizzalady1 Posted September 7, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 7, 2013 Agree, rent a car. Avis on Water St is 3 blocks from the cruise terminal. Very easy, scenic drive.

trophy_23 Posted September 10, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 10, 2013 Car rentals are an easy walk from the ship. The day we were there we didn't have anything pre booked so the first one was full, we had to go around the corner to Enterprise on Station street, which was good because the customer service was much better than the first place we stopped, they were just rude (I think it was Avis).
