I decided to book a short 5 day cruise to qualify for Platinum this year. I was excited to see that they are counting my 10th cruise as Platinum. I always thought it would be my 11th cruise. Anyway, is the unique collectible ship perk, the ship on a stick?

As Platinum this year, we got Carnival cups/glasses. Everyone in our family of 5 received one. They are nice! Also, we got the pins and chocolate covered strawberries and 3 free bags of laundry per person.

The current cap which can be exchanged for the Tervis Tumbler if available is suppose to change to the tote in October per John Healds comments.

That's what I'm afraid of.......I don't cruise till the end of October so I hope it's changed by then.....I would hate to get stuck with a cap and I already have 6 Tumblers.

The cups are gone on Liberty, too. I gave the hat to my 12yo. Kind of a bummer

A "Ship on a Stick" is a small plastic gold trophy with the Carnival ship on top. They give them for prizes at Trivia.

Bad news is everyone is trading their ball caps for tumblers and they are probably gone on most ships.

 

However, everyone is asking JHeald to bring them back, so maybe if enough people ask for them, they will.

Yes, that's 3 bags each. Just remember they are washed and dried in very hot temperatures. My husband sends underwear, socks and most of his casual clothes. The only thing of mine that i trust them with would be my socks. Its a simple wash and fold. No ironing an nothing comes back on hangers.

Here's the picture of the Tumbler, and yes, you get three bags of laundry each!!
