Help with beaches in greece

We have to chose between a beach in Corfu, Rhodes, Crete or Mykonos. Help please. Also need the transportation options from ship to any of the suggested beaches.

When are you going?

 

If you could also let us have each port time, then we can give you a suggestion better suited to your itinerary.

 

How many people in your group? Any kids?

 

Is it your first time at all the port?

We will be in Corfu Sept 24, all day, Mykonos Sept 27 noon -8pm, Rhodes Sept30 all day and Crete Oct 2 all day. Only 2 of us and no kids. 1st time in each port. Worried about the weather at this time of year. Assume the crowds would be less. Not great with public transportation...would prefer a taxi unless buses are easy to find and on time.

Why worried about the weather? Late September and early October tends to be gorgeous.

It would help if you posted some info about what type of beach you prefer. In many places you can find excellent sandy beaches with good facilities and lots of people (like Paradise Beach on Mykonos) or you could also choose to go to a quieter beach with few to no facilities. There are also some beaches that tend to attract topless (and even some nudist) folks.

In Rhodos Town, there is a large beach on the tip of the bay. You can walk there. Since you have a whole day there, why not see the Old Town in the morning, and enjoy the beach after lunch?
