Insurance question- is it too late to switch?

Hello!

Booked our first Carnival cruise for this November...paid in full. When I clicked on the 'add-ons', I clicked for insurance meaning cancel it before the PIF date. Well, one thing lead to another, forgot and it was included in my balance. I price compared and instead of $135-ish per person with Carnival, it would be that TOTAL for the 4 of us through another company. (Plus, my credit card provides a basic insurance as well. The extra amount would cover military scheduling changes, etc.)

Anyways, can I still cancel Carnival's insurance and go with my own at all or without major hassle? Or would they maybe put the difference towards OBC? (We could definitely use that too).

Thanks!
