The cruise leaves in 38 days. Anyone sailing with deAnne and I on the Eclipse, Nov 16? Hope there are others to join us. We sailed 2 years ago on the Silhouette over Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful group.

Great to hear from someone! Not sure if you have sailed with Celebrity before. Check the "Celebrity Today" activities schedule for the Friends of Dorothy or GLBT nightly gathering. Usually it is at the martini bar around 7 starting on Day 2. Hope to see you there. There is also a nice group of people on the regular Cruise Critic Roll Call for this cruise. Looking forward to a great 2 week cruise - never been on Celebrity before - dining in Blu most of the time - any good tips anyone?

Have not eaten in Blu for dinner. However have had breakfast in Blu... really enjoyed it. They have a granola / yogurt bar that is prepared tableside based on your tastes. Fresh squeezed juices. Healthy and tasy. Molecular bar is interesting with organic distilled alcohol, drinks prepared with fresh herbs and juices. Many selections at the martini bar. Music at Café Bacio (?) in the afternoons if you like strings. Jazz in the Ensemble lounge in the evenings. There is a nice brunch buffet once or twice.. in the MDR. GLBT/Friends of Dorothy try to meet in the martini bar around 7pm. Upscale bar, entertaining bar tenders and wide variety of martinis and vodkas at the neighboring Crush bar. The Martini bar is also an ice bar. Perry Grant is a good entertainer in Michael's club each evening. He plays the piano, sings and entertains. It may take a few visits to appreciate his humor. We really have liked Celebrity. Hope you will too!
