100%Refund after Final

Just off the phone with Celebrity. Final was paid 9/1, we had 3 in our cabin, our DD could not go. Found out a 3rd or 4th can be cancelled with no penalty up to 14 days out, when the 100% goes into effect. They even cancelled the pre booked shore excursions.
