Welshdoc Posted September 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Dear All, Could I please clarify the situation regarding the room service in Premium (Balcony) cabins? 1. I understand that breakfast is completely free. What does this include? Are the drinks charged from the minibar or included for free? 2. We have pre-purchased the all-inclusive drinks option - can this be used in anyway with room service - for breakfast or other times? 3. My main point to clarify - what exactly does the following mean... free service in your cabin (24-hour room service) Does this mean free food delivered to the cabin - ie free room service or does it mean the small percentage charge added to room service is not charged? Was hoping to order room service for the little ones if they were hungry pre meals but we're on a strict budget and are aiming to keep the tab clear! Thanks for your help and advice in advance. black forest Posted September 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Hi, there is free continental breakfast with room service http://www.costacruise.com/B2C/USA/AboutCruising/suite/suite.htm#novita-2013 Mini bar is not included neither in premium category nor in all inclusive package. And it is not included in room service - there you have to pay for drinks as far as I remember. Never used this. http://www.costacruise.com/usa/all-inclusive-cruise.html You get your drinks by glass at every bar.
Welshdoc Posted September 20, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted September 20, 2013 Balck Forest, thanks for the reply, but I've already seen all that from the website myself. What do they mean by continental breakfast - as this definition varies greatly from provider to provider. Anyone got any hints on Q3?
Dancer Bob Posted September 20, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2013 I have a menu for the extra-cost breakfast in the Classic cabins, but not for Premium. I recall it being just rolls, juice, coffee, not a full breakfast.
