cibumcupio Posted October 3, 2013 #12 Share Posted October 3, 2013 The cookbook is great. Looks more like a coffee table book than a cookbook. So far we have tried one recipe from there. The creamy sweet potato soup with chorizo quenelles, which was delicious. Can't wait to try more from there. Very detailed instructions--they really do write it like they want you to try it, unlike the Momofuku cookbook, which really is more of a diary than a cookbook.
