What to do in Belize City

Will be in Belize City aboard NCL Jewel from NOLA week of 10/20. Do not wish to snorkel or raft. Does anyone have suggestions for here? The last time we were there all we did was take a tour of the city and get back on the ship. Group of four not too active people.

Unless, you want to go cave tubing or visit one of the maya ruins, might just consider waiting and taking a later tender to the pier, walking around grabbing a Belikin and some conch fritters for lunch and heading back to the ship. Or not venturing off th eship at all.. Can be an interestingly quiet day on board.

On the tours we took, we drove through part of the city twice. My 5 cents...not really a place where you want to venture on your own too much:cool:
