jonnoguy Posted September 26, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 26, 2013 I use the gym most days when onboard the QV and I have never seen an inversion table. Regards Matt
jimmarcia Posted September 26, 2013 Author #4 Share Posted September 26, 2013 It's a table that you clamp your ankles and hang upside down. It helps your back. Thanks. Jim & Marcia

It turns you upside down. This enables you to dispose of at least one breakfast, leaving room for a few more. Cruachan Posted September 27, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 27, 2013 OK, at considerable cost to my psyche and personal mental wellbeing, I went to the g*mn*s**m at 1530hrs (local) this afternoon and enquired of the young lady who appeared to be in charge of the serried ranks of torture equipment whether or not they had an inversion table or anything similar. She was very definite in her reply that no such piece of equipment exists on board Queen Victoria. I have now signed up for an intensive course of cognitive behavioural therapy and my psychiatrist is confident that, once the post traumatic stress disorder has been overcome, I should be back to something approaching normal by around Christmas 2017. Norfolk Brit Posted September 27, 2013 #8 Share Posted September 27, 2013 I should be back to something approaching normal by around Christmas 2017.J Does that mean normal as in normal, or normal as in back to how you were before you visited the g*m? If the former, truly a miracle worthy of Lourdes. Sir Martin
