Ship time/Local time

Does anyone know when doing ports in Canada if RCI goes by the local time of the port? If now...what?

You're probably going to have to wait until you're on board because some captains change the clocks as you enter different time zones and some keep the clocks on board at the same time regardless of time zone changes.
