I had no problem logging in on either version but I can't seem to get past the contact information screen with this either. I keep getting the error message. I know it gets frustrating after attempting this kind of thing. Your idea of calling the IT dept in the morning is probably best. I was able to complete the check and print my edocs this this morning without issue. Actually, until last night I didn't have a problem with the new website. debfew Posted September 28, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 28, 2013 If you input your personal info such as address and phone in your profile it will atomatically populate the checkin page and you'll be able to get through the checkin process.
