I have been trying for two days to make a payment on our cruise. It will take all the information but after pushing the "make payment" button, nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes there are problems with the website. I could not pay for restaurants, excursions or service charges. Just picked up the phone in like the old days and in 15 minutes everything was booked and confirmation sent via email.

It's been a problem ever since they changed their web site. I just call in my payments.

I made a payment yesterday with no issues.

I was having major problems trying to log in using IE8.

 

I just opened the site in Chrome and had no problems whatsoever!

Like another poster said already, try doing it in a different browser like Firefox or Chrome. I do a bunch of website work and I rarely get a chance to fully test changes on all three web browsers.

Thanks for all the info. I was originally trying it in Firefox (my usual browser) but tried it in Chrome as Jerzigal suggested. Went through with no problems whatsoever!:D
