Spirit in Europe for Thanksgiving

I only realised today that we will be on a 9nt Spirit cruise on 28-Nov... a sea day... sailing around the straits of Gibraltar heading just off Africa back into the Med.

 

We don't have any experience of how the Thanksgiving day might go or what to expect.

 

Any ideas for a consider Brit?
