Just talked with one of NCL's ShoreEx folks, and she confirmed that all excursions that involve National Parks are being modified or cancelled because of the current US gov't shutdown. Pearl Harbor, Haleakala, and Volcanoes National Park are all closed during this time... just be forewarned.
