We were one of the last groups off the Constellation, two summers ago, and we left the ship about 10:00am. Taxi to the train station, and got to London just after 12 noon. Taxi station outside the ship will slow you down a bit. Should be a 5 minute taxi ride to the Hovercraft station. Enjoy! Although the schedule said 7:00 AM, the ship docked much earlier and we were actually on the pier at 7:00. Luggage pick-up was handled expertly and efficiently. You should have no problems.
