We are novice cruisers going to GC my older son who is accompanying me would like to bring back some coin treasures or something from shipwrecks. Are there any places near the port shopping areas or stores you could suggest that would have those things. Thanks much.

There is a great little shop right in the main shopping area along the waterfront, the name escapes me but she will certainly have something. I'll see if I can come up with the name.

Hi there! We're heading to Grand Cayman next month on our cruise. I've read about a shop near the pier called Artifacts. Thye have a website, although it seems limited in content. I hear they have a good selection of old coins and such. We'll be stoping in to see if we can find our own little piece of treasure.

Sorry I can't locate the name, it may be artifacts or something else. But you will see it among other shops, a small shop and the owner is a nice lady.

The shop we saw was across the street from the port on down between Marguaritaville and Hard Rock. We stopped in to look. Lots of coins ranging from inexpensive to way up in the thousands.

 

There were some other antiques and china too.
