Dining Room Clothes

Okay, I understand what Formal wear is for dinner, but what exactly do people wear for Casual and "smart" casual?

 

Also, those clothes "rules" only apply for dinner, correct? So for breakfast in the dining room we can pretty much wear anything?

For breakfast and lunch you can wear shorts outfits. For "smart casual" people are often in khakis, sundresses, and that sort of thing. I sometimes wear a pair of white pants and a nice top.
