Dawn Embarkation and Debarkation from Tampa

I've searched the boards and have not been able to find this question asked/answered for NCL in Tampa. We will be sailing the Dawn out of Tampa for the Western Caribbean. We previously sailed the Sky and loved early boarding with a relaxing lunch at Cagney's until our suite was ready. We are again sailing in a suite on this next cruise and would like to do the same thing. What time does priority boarding start with the Dawn? Also, on the last day of our cruise when we return to Tampa we like to have a leisurely breakfast in Cagney's before departing the ship what is the latest that we can stay on the ship?

Embarkation and disembarkation times are usually the same fleetwide: embarkation starts usually between 11am and noon and on disembarkation day the cabins must be empty around 9am-9:30am and you need to be off the ship around 10am.

Opening times of restaurants vary, I'd say that usually Cagney's is open on disembarkation day until around 9am.
