Entertainment Reservations question - Oasis

Entertainment reservations opened up yesterday for my spring sailing on Oasis, and I was easily able to get the shows and times I wanted.

 

My question is this: Do they leave tickets for the shows in your stateroom, or is some other method used to validate that you have a reservation for a particular show? Do they use a "check off" system at the door?

Just curious how this works.....

Your reservations are stored electronically in your on board account. They scan your SeaPass card as you enter the venue to confirm you have a reservation.
