W Barcelona

Has anyone stayed at the W Barcelona? Is it worth the price? We are trying to decide between the W and another hotel located close to Las Ramblas. We have been to Barcelona before and remember seeing the W from the port. Does anyone know if the W offers transportation to the port?

This is a great new hotel and the views both sides from the higher floors are absolutely amazing. One full wall of glass.

It can be very expensive so it's worth trying to get a deal.

It's a good walk from la Ramblas and the shopping area - so you might want to take a taxi.

When it gets too expensive we always stay at the Pullman Hotel which has nice rooms and is closer to the town centre. It's a good substitute
