I redeemed the points through the MyRewards website over a week ago. Only received a receipt. How can I tell the 2 $50 OBC was applied to my reservation? Contact whoever booked your cruise and request Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. This is a PDF file they can email to you. You should see a line item with your OBC. Keep in mind they process them by sail date NOT by date received. If you are to far out it takes a while sometimes until they can caught up those that waited until the last minute to send theirs in or others that are closer to their sailing date. Gayle V Posted October 15, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 15, 2013 After I cashed in my points for $500 off the cost (of the cruise we had booked a few months before) I just placed a another call, this one to my TA and asked her to e-mail me an updated copy of our booking confirmation, (showing the new price and balance that would be due several months later).
