Connecting stateroom doors for hump cabins on Reflection and Silhouette

We have sailed on Solstice and Eclipse and noted that the connecting staterooms for the hump cabins in the middle section of the ship have their connection doors on the outside of the cabin, creating a little alcove outside the cabin. Another poster has shown a picture of the Reflection showing the connecting door for 2 cabins on the angled part of the hump being inside the cabin. Can anyone confirm whether the connecting cabins on the straight part of the hump for Reflection and Silhouette have connecting doors outside the cabin like older S class ships or if their connecting doors are inside the cabin? (Unfortunately Celebrity customer service cannot give a straight answer on this).

On Silhouette they are outside on Reflection they are inside. There's a video here of cabin 7239 on the Reflection that shows the inside connecting door (its a hump cabin) reflected in the mirror at 2.45 into the film. It connects with 7237

On Reflection they are in the common wall between the two connecting cabins. We had one of the hump staterooms and they are very well insulated. We never heard our neighbors during our 14 night cruise.

I was in 6228 on the hump last year. The door opens in instead of out. The cabin is exactly the same as the other cabins. The veranda is nice...no obstructions or views of other verandas. I would be happy to book it again. We did hear some music from the grand foyer. It did not last long or late at night. Great midship location. Go for it.

We were on the Sillie hump and the doors were on the outside of the stateroom. Glad to know this is not so on the Reflection. Thank you for posting!

In the video, you can also see the door at 1:20 (after the TV is pushed back) and at 1:30-1:35. :) It's not in a bad location. Is that wall normally just a plain wall? Is the stateroom entrance now longer because the doors have been eliminated from the hallway, or is the alcove in the hallway still there?

That wall was blank before, the entrance isn't longer and the alcove is still there. It was there whether the cabins connected or not, Reflection connecting cabins just don't have the extra set of doors.
