New Pier Broolyn and hotels nearby

We are sailing on the Crown Princess next June and are wondering are there any hotels near this pier. Would like any info. on the new pier also.

We are wondering the same thing. Also, anybody have any ideas on how to easily get to NY? We are from Maryland. I guess driving and parking the care is out of the question. Would that cost and arm and a leg? Would we be better to fly?
