Coral Reef Explorer in Roatan ??

Can anyone give me any info about the Coral Reed Explorer Semi Submersible Boat tour? We are not divers or snorkelers and think this might be the thing for us to do in Roatan in November. NCL offers the boat tour combined with the Tabyana Beach Tour for $77pp. Really don't think I am all that interested in laying around at the beach (rather shop). Especially since I have read about the sand flies, hate those things. If this boat is worth it, might just taxi directly to boat and skip beach. The $77 seems kind of high, the Coral Reef Explorer website says you can tickets at dock, anyone know how much the tickets are? Thanks for the info. Thanks!
