Another price drop but can't reach HAL

I checked on another price drop for our February 2014 cruise. I already received credit for one. When I called the 800 # for HAL tonight I got a recording that their offices were closed. Wondering what is going on since they typically have reservation assistants available 24/7.

The phones are not available 24/7. They are open every day for approximately 14 hours.

I don't recall that HAL has ever had their Reservations Dept.open for 24 hours since we've been sailing them more than 13 years ago..
