Seasoned Cruisers, what would you do?

If this was your first time to Curacao, from 2-10pm, what would you plan to do? We are having trouble deciding.

We want a "toes in the sand" romantic dinner, so please, if you have suggestions & names of restaurants, let me hear them. We already are thinking Baoase, but not sure if its actually ON the sand.

Shopping for UNIQUE island crafts needs to be on the itinary (not your typical t-shirt, magnets, shotglasses junk)

We also love the beaches and "easy on the body" water sports (he's got a bad back, I have a bad knee and also severely broke my arm in July, out of cast but had 2 surgeries, have plates & screws so have to be wary of it).

 

I'd love to hear from folks who have been here, what they would plan for their day. Thanks in advance:)
