Sea Side Terrace? yes or no?

Has anyone eaten here? It looks like a tiny place, but it says eat dinner with your toes in the water....I'm in search of EXCELLENT beach dining that's not going to cost us $200. (considering Baoase, I'm not completely sold yet, but hubby is. We CAN spend the money, IF it's worth it)

Been to Seaside Terrace many times,always nice and fresh. Can't dine with your toes in the water though.
