Oasis Cabin 10190 vs. Cabin 9206

I am trying to decide between these two cabins. One is at the very front of the hump on Deck 10. One is on the very back of the hump on deck 9. They are both D5's.

 

Is 10190 (at the front) probably going to be more windy? Do the hump balconies in front of 9206 obstruct the view forward at all?
