No problem cashing in Bank Of America world points towards Norwegian cruise

If anyone is worried about the recent changes whether points can be cashed in for Norwegian cruises, I had no problem applying 30,000 points when I booked a trip last Friday. I read previously conflicting information so I thought I would post stating the option is still there. I could have used it for onboard credit but used it to reduce the total cost instead.

The Norwegian representative who booked the trip was also the same one who cashed in the points for me. It was quite easy to do over the phone.

Thanks,

Does anyone know if NCL still offers the discounted Promo slot play? it was offered at 1,250 in points for $25 in slot play last year.

I cashed in NCL credit card points for Slot Play coupons and OBC in February for the Jewel and plan to do the same for December on the Breakaway. You can also purchase slot play and table chips on the NCL website under Gifts.

I would gladly also recommend the Slot Play Coupons website - $50 slot play for $25. Have used it several times and recommended it to many others - great deal, no issues!!

Looks like the slot play deal with NCL bank of america points is gone, I can only find the OBC's etc. on the website, maybe it is available if you call directly.

After many phone conversations and a considerable amount of difficulty trying to find the right person to redeem some WorldPoints on a cruise. I was previously not aware of the Concierge Desk, available for Booked Platinum Latitude Members or guests booked in Suites. The number is 1-855-625-4283, and unless NCL changes things, they should answer the phone as Concierge Desk. The two individuals I spoke to the past two days were very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.

Though I did not need to call WorldPoints, the direct number the concierge gave me is 1-866-954-4077. Hopefully these numbers help avoid those annoying menu options, especially the ones where none of them match up with what you want, and you have to press 0 to get an operator.

Good Luck!

Still wondering if anyone has been able to redeem points for casino play recently, I don't see it listed on redemption page anymore, I am glad I already redeemed for my Dec cruise (2500 for 50. used to be 5000 for 100.)

I wanted to redeem for slot play for my March Dawn cruise but I don't see that option anymore.
