Dueling Orchestras - November

Does anyone know if they still perform in mid/late November? I wasn't sure if they stop during the winter. Also, would they play if it's raining?

We were there the end of October, flew to Paris on the 31st. With the constant rain and flooding in San Marco Piazza, there wasn't a lot of music.

 

Only one restaurant had an orchestra that played. They were under a canopy and did continue to play in the rain, but not the dueling contests you read about. And they were gone by about 10:00 pm.
