Ocean Princess

Has anyone recently been on the Ocean Princess? We are thinking of booking her for Tahiti and understand that she really needs refurbished. :(

We have been on the Ocean 2 years in a row last time in September of this year. We did not notice obvious need for refurbishment. The library is gorgeous and very nice dining room.No problem with the pool although one of the hot tubs was closed for a few days. Only 6 dancers but boy did they work hard and we enjoyed the shows as we liked the theatre...plenty of seats plus some cabaret style tables in the front row. We have founnd the crew to be the friendliest out of 14 different cruises...and no not just because her size as we have been on the Pacific twice and the old Royal once(Tahiti to Hawaii). The Tahiti cruise is one of our favourites as we love snorkelling .
