Formal Night and Menu 4 night Constellation

I am wondering if any of you know which night is typically formal night on a four night cruise. Also, if you can direct me to recent menus for this length of a cruise that would be great!

How many formal nights take place on my cruise? The number of formal nights is based on length of cruise:

Cruise Length (4 night) Smart Casual and Above (3) Formal (1)

 

Menu will be the same as a 7 night - you just get a variation of the same.

If I recall correctly the formal night was on the sea day, which was the 3rd night for our 4 nighter.
