Why on Regent does my wife have to pay Canyon Ranch $71 to have her hair washed and blow dried but on Crystal she only pays $47? The high prices in the Spa incl hair salon seem to be deterring passengers from using this facility.

Guest satisfaction with our spas has exceeded our expectations as has patronage of the facilities and the prices charged in the Canyon Ranch Spa are in-line with what a spa of this calibre normally charges. Not all hotels and resorts charge the same amount for a specific service.
