Carnival Price Drop Question

Hi all! I am looking at sailing on the Carnival Paradise in March 2014. I usually sail Royal, but my sister in law and brother in law sail this every year and always have a great time so I am very excited.

 

Can anyone tell me if Carnival usually has price drops like royal does? I recently paid $379 pp for myself and three other family members and after final payment, the price dropped to $169 pp. So......I am debating if I should book now or wait a little bit. I just wasnt sure if Carnival usually did price drops. Thank you!

It is really hit or miss and hard to guess. We cruise both lines and have had more drops with Carnival.

I check daily. And I have had price drops that were there one day and gone the next.:)
