Nationality of NCL Epic captain/hotel director

Hi. First-time poster, getting ready to take my first cruise on the NCL Epic (4th overall with NCL) this Saturday out of Miami, and I just wanted to see if anyone knows the nationality of the captain and hotel director.

I don't know where that list came from, but it certainly isn't accurate. I know of at least one person on that list who was onboard Breakaway and I see another who left NCL quite some time back...

Yes, Steven Jacobsen was on The Sun, The Gem and The Pearl before joining The Epic in late July.
