If you want to see what the first Royal Caribbean website page looked like I found a cool site that lets you look at cached pages of websites. They actually were the first of the cruiselines to go online in 1996 when the internet first started up. I had checked out Carnival and Princess also. It is called the Wayback machine. The web address is.

Be sure to check out cruisecritic.com and ebay.com also. It is fascinating.

I found it interesting they had a 'webmistress' instead of a 'webmaster' Very cutting edge for 1996;)

 

The internet technology sure has improved in 8 years.
