C&A top tier and welcome back events

My DW and I will be using MTD for the first time on our April Oasis cruise. What would be the best time to schedule to make the top tier and welcome back events? Do they have different times depending on early or late MDR seatings. In the past we have always had the early seating in the MDR.

The last time for us the events were scheduled early enough that we could still eat with MTD at 6:30 PM with no problem.They just have one time for each event.

Just off Oasis and beside the evening C&A event we also had one on day 3 of our 7 night cruise..it was at 10:45am in the Aqua Theater..a great welcome back, with waiters going around and giving Mimosas & Bloody Mary's..be sure to get there early to get a seat as it was very crowded and a well attended event :)
