We will be on the Jewel in December and this will be out first time sailing in and out of San Juan (as the home port). How easy is it to get a taxi to get back to the airport?

Thanks,

SJ is one of the easiest ports ever for getting a taxi...just see the dispatcher at the head of the line...he will ask where you are going & how many people...then he'll take you to your taxi...and give you a slip of paper with the amount due on it...easy as pie!

You know, the taxi probably makes more sense. We used the RCI transfer to the airport ... which worked very well to get us to the airport. Then there was the matter of joining back up with your luggage :(

The luggage came in cargo trucks and it took forever to finally spot ours coming off one of the trucks. By then the line for the agricultural inspection was ridiculous.
