Thanksgiving at Guavate "The Pork Highway"

We are arriving a week early for our Dec 1st cruise. Has anyone been to visit the Guavate Lenchoneras on Thanksgiving? I understand on the weekends it is very lively and includes vendors, music, etc...

 

I am wondering if things are also lively on Thanksgiving Day?

Don't know if they are open Thanksgiving, but we did go there for the pork on a spit. The food was incredible! We did the roasted pork, fried plantains, rice and beans, and my husband did the blood sausage. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

I know they are open..not sure if they have all the extra festivities that they usually have on the weekends.
